The Serbian state aid watchdog has cleared individual investment aid to German company Brose International GmbH. The aid consists in acquiring state-owned land free of charge. The value of the approved aid is approx. EUR 1.5 million.

The Bosnian NCA has started an ex officio abuse of dominance investigation against a company providing central heating in the Bosnian city of Tuzla. Based on what is publicly available at the moment, it appears the NCA is looking at a potential infringement in the form of illegal tying.

The watchdog in charge of state aid enforcement in Bosnia and Herzegovina – the State Aid Council – has cleared state aid to Tuzla International Airport.
