Investigation against Telecom Serbia and Radio Television of Serbia
The Bosnian NCA has started an antitrust case against two entities from Serbia: Telecom Serbia and Radio Television of Serbia. The NCA is investigating both the existence of a restrictive agreement and possible of abuse of dominance. The probe was started by Telemach, a telecom operator from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
