Receipt of a merger notification announced
The Kosovo NCA has announced the receipt of a merger notification, concerning a planned concentration on the insurance market. The notification concerns contemplated acquisition of Slovenian insurance company NLB Vita by Slovenian insurance company Sava.

Agreement between pharma companies granted an individual exemption
The Montenegrin NCA has granted an individual exemption from prohibition for an agreement between two pharma companies - Serbian Hemofarm and Montenegrin Farmegra. The exemption was granted conditionally - the parties will have to supply the NCA with certain sales data in order for the exemption to apply.

Bosnian NCA rejects Krka's antitrust complaint against the Government of the Sarajevo Canton
The Bosnian NCA has rejected an antitrust complaint which Slovenian pharma company Krka submitted against the Government of the Sarajevo Canton. Krka complained that the Government had concluded a restrictive agreement by not including certain Krka medicines in the list of drugs the procurement of which is financed by the Canton.
