Twenty three undertakings in RPM probe
The Serbian NCA has announced it has opened antitrust proceedings against 23 undertakings, concerning alleged resale price maintenance (RPM) practices. According to the statement on the NCA website, the NCA is investigating two suppliers - Imlek (a leading dairy producer) and Apatinska Pivara (a brewery part of Molson Coors group). The remaining undertakings under investigation are retailers, who were customers in the agreements with alleged RPM clauses. The proceedings came as a result of the sector inquiry which the NCA undertook in the food retail sector.

Dawn raids in bid rigging probe
The Serbian NCA has opened antitrust proceedings against five undertakings which allegedly colluded in a public procurement procedure organized by the Serbian Environment Ministry. At the start of the investigation, the NCA raided the premises of the five undertakings and collected evidence it will use in the proceedings.

Conditional merger clearance in retail of consumer electronics
Following an in-depth merger investigation, the Serbian NCA has conditionally cleared a concentration in the retail of consumer electronics. The combination will create the largest retailer of consumer electronics in Serbia.
