NCA market tests two commitment proposal by Imlek
The Serbian NCA is market testing two commitment proposals made by Imlek, the leading Serbian producer of dairy products. The commitments relate to two separate proceedings - one concerning alleged collusion in public procurement and another concerning alleged resale price maintenance. In essence, in both commitment proposals Imlek is offering to change the contentious provisions in its contracts and comply with the law in the future.

The Bosnian NCA has appointed a new head - Dr. Amir Karalić. The appointment of Dr. Karalić has been also affirmed by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dr. Karalić will be presiding the Bosnian NCA for a period of one year.
