NCA accepts commitment proposals by Imlek
The Serbian NCA has accepted the commitment proposals which Imlek, the leading Serbian dairy, proposed in two separate cases. As reported earlier, both commitment proposals essentially consisted in Imlek offering to change the contentious provisions in its contracts and comply with the law in the future.

Loan guarantees in energy sector under scrutiny
The Bosnian state aid watchdog has issued two interesting decisions involving state guarantees for bank loans. Both cases involved alleged state assistance in the energy sector and in both instances the probe was started upon intervention by the Energy Community.
