Three new regulations

In October, the Serbian Government adopted three new regulations in the area of state aid - concerning de minims aid in providing services of general economic interest (SGEI), the compatibility of aid for SGEI, and concerning the compatibility of state aid in environment protection and energy sector, respectively. The proclaimed aim of the new regulations if to further align Serbian state aid legislation with the EU model.

Cartel in the area of technical inspection of vehicles

The Montenegrin NCA has discovered a cartel on the market for the provision of technical inspection services in Montenegro. Specifically, the NCA established that 10 providers of technical inspection services had agreed on a joint price list for their services. The NCA also initiated misdemeanor proceedings against the colluders.

Restrictive agreement in the area of games of chance

The Bosnian NCA has established the existence of a restrictive agreement in the games of chance sector in Republika Srpska (RS). Specifically, the NCA found as restrictive certain requirements prescribed by the Ministry of Finance of RS in connection with monitoring of the organizers of games of chance.
