The Serbian NCA has recently started three new gun-jumping investigations. On surface, this could indicate an increased risk for companies which decide against filing their transaction in Serbia. However, judging from the NCA's track record, is there a reason for non-filers to be concerned?
Sectoral inquiry into the market for courier services concluded

The Serbian NCA has concluded its sectoral inquiry into the market for courier services. In the inquiry, the NCA analyzed the relationship between the main competitors on the market as well as the contractual relations between users and service providers. The inquiry covered the period between 2019 and 2021.

NCA investigates the chamber of veterinarians
The Montenegrin NCA is investigating the Montenegrin chamber of veterinarians, related to a pricelist of veterinary services which allegedly set out the minimum prices of such services. If this was indeed the case, it would amount to an illegal horizontal agreement under Montenegrin law.
