RPM in sale of Audi cars investigated
The Serbian NCA has started an antitrust probe into alleged resale price maintenance with respect to the sale of Audi cars in Serbia. The NCA is investigating the companies Porsche SCG Beograd, Autokomerc Beograd, Autocentar Manik – ACM Preljina, and Bros Auto Niš. The investigation was preceded by a dawn raid on the premises of Porsche SCG.

NCA completes four antitrust investigations
The Serbian NCA has closed 2020 boldly, issuing decisions in four antitrust investigations. All four cases concerned restrictive agreements - two cases pertained to RPM in the sale of baby equipment, one was related to bid rigging in the maintenance of elevators, while the remaining case concerned collusion between providers of technical inspection of cars. The Serbian NCA has completed a sector inquiry into the market for the wholesale of artificial (mineral) fertilizers. The watchdog was prompted to look into this market due to an alleged rise of prices of fertilizers during the first three quarters of 2019.
