Agreements between telecom operators individually exempted

The Serbian NCA has announced it has individually exempted from prohibition agreements between two Serbian telecom operators - Telekom Serbia and Telenor. The agreements relate to the use of optical infrastructure.

Investment aid to Healthcare Europe doo cleared

The Serbian State aid authority has cleared aid to company Healthcare Europe doo, for an investment project in the Ruma municipality. The aid consists in giving the investor a land plot free of charge, worth around EUR 550,000. The planned investment is the construction of a logistics center.

Mandate of the acting NCA head extended

The mandate of the current head of the Montenegrin NCA, Ms. Lepa Aleksic, has been extended for another six months. It remains to be seen whether the Montenegrin NCA will soon get a permanent head or the acting status of the president of the NCA will continue.

A new case in the telecom industry

The Bosnian NCA has started a new antitrust case in the telecom sphere, this time against Serbian companies Telekom Serbia and Radio-Television of Serbia. The case was started based on a complaint by Telemach BH d.o.o. Sarajevo, a Bosnian telecom operator.

Acquisition in the banking sector cleared

The Bosnian NCA has cleared a transaction whereby MG MIND d.o.o. Mrkonjić Grad will acquire a majority share in the bank Nova banka a.d. Banja Luka.
