The Serbian NCA has started an abuse of dominance investigation against the operator of a bus station in the Serbian town of Vrnjačka Banja. The NCA is investigating whether the operator abused its dominant position by charging discriminatory fees for the use of the station.

Market test of commitments offered by heating plant
The Serbian NCA has initiated the market test of commitments offered by the operator of a heating plant in the Serbian city of Niš. The NCA had started the probe to investigate whether the plant's pricing policy represented abuse of dominance. Interested parties had 20 days to provide their comments on the offered commitments.
