  • 2017

    An employer, labor dispute

    The Second Basic Court in Belgrade accepted our argument that work beyond full-time hours is overtime only if the conditions of Article 53(1) of the Labour Law are met cumulatively, and rejected the employee’s claim for increased overtime pay (first instance, as Doklestic & Partners).

  • 2022

    Trademark owner, Bosnia and Herzegovina

    For the plaintiff: the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed at second instance that a leading regional distribution company infringed the plaintiff’s trademark when organising and advertising a festival; the company must stop using the mark and remove it from all its stores and websites within 30 days.
